Bring us the messy version

You do not need a brief. A photo of a napkin sketch, three links to sites you like, a screenshot of the thing that keeps breaking, or a single sentence about what your customers keep asking for is plenty. We ask the questions that matter, and we turn the answers into a plan you can read without a dictionary.

If you already know what you want, say so. If you only know what is wrong, say that instead. Both are a fine place to start, and neither commits you to anything.

What happens after you write

We read everything ourselves and reply within one business day. Usually that reply has a few questions, or a suggestion for a short call, in person if you are in the Bay or on video if you are not. After that you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and price, in plain words, and you decide. No chasing, no drip emails.

For anything that fits the quote builder, the proposal often just confirms what you already priced there. For bigger or unusual projects, we scope a first phase small enough to start quickly and large enough to prove the idea.

Small jobs are welcome

A one-page site, a fix to a store that stopped taking orders, a form that should feed your CRM, an email that should go out on its own: these are real jobs and we take them. A small job done properly is how trust starts, and we treat it that way.
