Integrations

Integrations and automation that remove the busywork

We connect the tools you already pay for, from payments and bookings to CRMs, email and accounting, so information moves between them on its own and your team stops copying and pasting.

Your tools should talk to each other

A new enquiry comes in through the website, someone types it into the CRM, someone else creates an invoice, and a reminder gets set by hand. Each step takes a minute and each one is a chance for a mistake. Multiply that by every customer and it adds up to days every month.

Integrations fix this at the source. When something happens in one system, the others update automatically, reliably and with a record of what happened.

Common integrations we build

Most of our integration work falls into a few groups:

Done properly, so it keeps working

The hard part of an integration is not the happy path. It is what happens when a payment fails, a webhook arrives twice or a third-party service goes down for an hour. We build integrations that verify every incoming request, handle retries without creating duplicates, and log what happened so problems are easy to trace.

We prefer official APIs and well-supported services over fragile screen-scraping or chains of no-code automations that break silently. Where a no-code tool is the right answer, we will tell you.

Small projects welcome

Integrations do not have to be part of a big build. Adding online payments to an existing website, or connecting a booking form to your calendar, is often a small, fixed-price job that pays for itself within weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect software that does not have a built-in integration?

Usually, yes. If both systems have an API, we can connect them directly. If one does not, we look at exports, email parsing or other reliable options and tell you honestly what is possible.

How are integrations priced?

Each integration is quoted per project, because it depends on the systems involved. Common add-ons such as payments, bookings, CRM and email marketing have set prices in the quote builder.

What happens if a connected service changes its API?

We monitor the integrations we support and update them when providers announce changes. Ongoing support plans cover this.
